Savory Low Carb Cheddar Biscuits
Keto & Paleo Savory Cheddar Biscuits
Are you ready to try some amazing biscuits just in time for the Holidays?!
These savory biscuits are keto and paleo-friendly, my wife and I just made them last weekend and they were awesome.
Pro tips:
- Use as buns for leftover turkey sandwiches or hamburger buns
- Add sausage crumbles for cheddar sausage balls (remember those ones with Bisquick?)
INGREDIENTS
- 4 Eggs
- 1/3 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 400 degrees (F). Whisk eggs and butter together. Mix dry ingredients into batter. Stir in cheese until combined.
Scoop batter into 7-8 balls and place on parchment paper on baking sheet. Flatten slightly.
Bake at 400 degrees for 16-18 minutes or until light golden brown (note: ours took 22 minutes). Cool on wire rack.
