Ready to make your own refrigerated snack bars?
These easy to make bars are full of healthy fats and proteins with zero added sugars and an extra energizing kick from the AWAKN coffee.
They taste like a creamy vanilla latte and are perfect for a quick morning snack with your AWAKN :)
¼ tsp vanilla extract
⅛ tsp cinnamon
⅛ tsp Himalayan pink sea salt
4 Tbsp Monk Fruit Sweetener, we used Lakanto Golden brand
3-4 Scoops (1 scoop = ~31g) of vanilla protein powder, we used Ascent brand
2 Packets of AWAKN Optimized Coffee
1 14-16oz jar of coconut butter, we used Artisana brand
1 160z jar of unsweetened sunflower seed butter, we used Sunbutter brand
Add wet ingredients (coconut butter, sunflower butter, vanilla extract) into a large food processor and blend together until well incorporated.
Add all the remaining ingredients and blend until well incorporated.
Pour all mixture into a ~ 9x9 square silicone cake pan
Place in refrigerator overnight. Carefully pop the entire block out of the cake pan onto a cutting board and cut into your preferred square or rectangle sized bars.
Store in the fridge!
